The peaceful location was a bit of a walk from the city center, making it a nice spot to explore the nearby Royal William Yard.

pleasant and absolutely great venue, no complaints whatsoever. kind and good staff, huge rooms with an excellent breakfast. good location, within walking distance of everywhere.

The unit we got was big with an excellent breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy double room at this place, which featured a great restaurant downstairs, had a fantastic location in the heart of the city, and boasted a very helpful staff.

We enjoyed a triple room that came with a fantastic breakfast. It was a nice touch to have shower facilities and a hair dryer available too. 😊.

The hotel is well situated with easy access to public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. the room was clean, spacious and equipped with a fridge and a desk. the bathroom was functional and relatively clean. Breakfast was adequate with a choice of coffee, tea, and sandwiches.

Some guests reported difficulty with check-in and communication with the hotel staff which caused inconvenience and frustration.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient as it was right next to the s-bahn. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. The room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator and desk.

Convenient location & Friendly staff

We chose this hotel due to its location on the way to our destination. It was easy to find and had a small parking lot, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the spacious room that was both clean and had a refrigerator with paid drinks as well as a desk. the bathroom was relatively clean and everything worked fine.

We arrived with 2 small kids around 17:40 and found the door closed with a note to call a telephone number. We called several times and the number was unresponsive, which resulted in our having to find another hotel nearby.

Convenient location and clean room with a spacious bathroom. the parking lot, though cramped, was helpful. the staff, especially the lady at breakfast, was kind and attentive.

The check-in process was a nightmare. Arriving late with two crying children, we found the door closed and a note to call a phone number for assistance, yet nobody answered.
